The process, Step by Step

  • Step one is you’ll reach out to me either on my contact form, through social media or by email. Be sure to let me know what type of session you are inquiring about.

  • We will chat and get to know each other. I will send over my pricing information including available add ons.

  • Once we have decided on a date/time (as well as a back up date incase of weather) and a general location, I will send you an email with all the information and a contract and invoice.

  • Once you have signed the contract and paid the deposit (information on deposit requirements are below,) I will send you my custom information guide which will include location information (for the location you chose,) outfit guide with inspiration images, and anymore details needed for your session.

  • 48 hours before your session I will message you to check in with you, see if you have any questions, and chat a little more about your session. (Feel free to reach out any time before your session with questions or concerns)

  • We finally make your session happen and you will go home with some wonderful memories and I will go home with some wonderful photos!

  • I will edit them to perfection and send you an online gallery that you can share with your friends and family.

  • We will stay friends and hopefully we will work together in the future!

Frequently asked questions

  • If bad weather strikes on the day of your shoot, don’t worry! Your comfort and the quality of the photos is my top priority. We’ll monitor the forecast closely and have a backup plan ready. If conditions are unfavorable, we can either reschedule for a later date or find a cozy indoor location to capture your moments. Flexibility is key, and I am here to ensure you have a fantastic experience, rain or shine!

  • When it comes to choosing what to wear for your photo session, aim for comfort and personal style! Avoid overly busy patterns or logos that can distract from your face and expressions. Solid colors or subtle textures work best, as they create a timeless look. It’s also a good idea to steer clear of clothing that doesn’t fit well or that you’ll be adjusting throughout the shoot. Avoid baseball caps for engagements and family photos. Self tanner should be done usually 2-3 days before your session to have more of a natural glow. Ultimately, wear what makes you feel confident and comfortable, and you’ll shine in every shot! I will also send over a outfit guide with inspo photos after booking to help!

  • All images get a natural smoothing to the skin. If you have any concerns about acne, scars, or bruises let me know and I can touch it up for you! If you prefer to not have skin touched up, I will accommodate based on your request. 

  • Turn around time for portraits are 1-2 weeks. You will receive sneak peeks before the full gallery is sent. After seeing the sneak peeks, please give any feed back on your images so I know about any changes needing to be made!

  • I am based out of my hometown, Hot Springs, Arkansas. To combine my passion of photography and traveling, I am willing to travel wherever you are wanting your photos taken. 

  • For deposit I accept CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay. For the balance payment, I accept CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Cash.

  • Yes I do. I require a 20% deposit paid when the contract is signed and accepted. Full deposit refund in available 2 weeks before date of photoshoot. Refund is no longer available if canceled within 13 days of photoshoot. 

  • The minimum amount of photos you will receive is 25 but most of the time it is more! During the selection process if I find more than 25 that turn out good, I will send those as well with no extra charge.

  • It is never too early or too late to book! I usually have a pretty flexible schedule so if you need photos taken in a week, feel free to reach out and ask my availability!
