Booking & Deposit

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. This deposit is applied to your total session cost. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. By booking, you agree to pay the deposit and the remaining balance by the specified due date.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you cancel your session

  • More than 48 hours in advance: Your deposit may be applied to a later date within 90 days but will not be refunded.

  • Less than 48 hours in advance: Your deposit may not be applied to a late date or refunded.

If i cancel your session

  • You will have the option for a full refund of deposit or reschedule with your deposit applied to the new date.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice. Your deposit will be transferred to a new date if rescheduled within 90 days. If you reschedule more than once, a new deposit may be required to confirm the second reschedule.

weather-related Rescheduling

  • If weather conditions make it unsafe or impossible to shoot, I will work with you to reschedule the session. Your deposit will automatically transfer to the new date at no additional cost.

No Shows

  • If you do not show up for your session and fail to notify me, your deposit will not be refunded or applied to a future session.

Late arrival & Grace period

  • I offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive after this 15-minute window, the session will be considered a no-show, and your deposit will not be refunded or applied toward a future session. If you anticipate being late, please notify me as soon as possible.

Liablity

  • By booking a session with me, you agree that I am not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the session. This includes, but is not limited to, injury from props, equipment, or actions taken during the shoot.

  • I take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during the session. However, you are responsible for the safety of your guests and themselves during the session.

Final Payment

  • The remaining balance of your session cost is due on the day of your session. If your session is rescheduled, the final payment will be due on the new session date.

Delivery & turnaround time

  • Turnaround time is usually 1-2 weeks from session date. You will receive your photos through an online gallery.

Copyright & usage

  • I retain the copyright to all photos taken during your session. You are granted a personal usage license to share and print the photos for non-commercial use. You may not sell, alter, or use the images for commercial purposes without written permission.

  • You agree that I may use the photos taken during your session for marketing purposes, including on my website, social media, and portfolio, unless otherwise specified by you.

session details & expectations

  • Each session includes a specific number of edited photos and may include prints, props, or consultation depending on the package you choose. Details of what is included in your session will be outlined at the time of booking.

Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for arriving on time to your session and communicating any special requests or concerns beforehand. If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible.

  • Clients are also responsible for any wardrobe choices, props, or personal items they wish to bring to the session. Unless otherwise stated during booking process.

Add-ons & upgrades

  • You may choose to purchase add-ons and upgrades. These will be provided to you before booking. Prices for these will be provided in advance and outlined in the invoice.

Refunds

  • Full deposit refund in available 2 weeks before date of photoshoot. Refund is no longer available if canceled within 13 days of photoshoot. If I cancel your photoshoot, a full refund will be applied. If you do not show up for your session, refund is not available.
